1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bs99 ("Platform", "we", "our") and any user of this platform ("you", "user"). bs99 provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh.

2.2 Single Account Policy

3 Account Verification

bs99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This is done to ensure secure service and to prevent fraud.

• Proof of residence if required

bs99 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request until verification is complete. If a user does not cooperate with verification, the account may be closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

bs99 generally completes withdrawals within 1 hour. Approved withdrawals are sent promptly after successful verification.

4.4 Transaction Policy

• Deposits must come from your own mobile banking account
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account from which the deposit was made
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted
• bs99 is not responsible for any delays in transactions caused by technical issues

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive ৳8,000 bonus (maximum) — total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same person, address, or device
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first
• bs99 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited
• If a withdrawal is made before the applicable bonus wagering is completed, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be deducted

5.4 VIP Program

bs99 operates a five-tier VIP program. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to higher tiers is determined based on regular active play. The specific benefits for each VIP tier can be viewed in the VIP section of the platform.

6 Responsible Gaming

bs99 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe gambling is a form of enjoyable entertainment — but it should never be a cause of financial or personal problems.

6.1 Setting Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Coordinated betting from multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform

• Unauthorized use of bs99's logo, trademark, or identity

8 Dispute Resolution

8.1 Betting Disputes

If you have an objection regarding the outcome of a bet or game, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the result being published. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

8.2 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical problem, bs99 will review the relevant system logs and take appropriate action. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the bet will be settled based on the actual outcome.

8.3 Final Decision

In the event of any dispute, bs99's decision will be considered final. However, we are committed to resolving issues fairly and transparently at all times.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Financial losses from betting or gaming — which are carried out at each user's own risk
